Hi everyone! 

After a long time offline and a few technical glitches along the way, we're BACK!

There's been so much going on, where do I start...

After spending 6 weeks in the USA it gets harder each time to come back. There were tears at the airport and there were more tears as the wheels of the plane touched down in Brisbane! It was definitely an emotional trip for a lot of reasons. I competed in the Ft Lauderdale Cup in October and had an absolute ball sharing a room with 3 lovely ladies of fitness, Michelle Blank, Amy Justice and Debbie Fowler. I was happy with my physique and my second round call out reflected that. Having said that it has become apparent that the standard of the routines in fitness just gets better and better, because I do not have that background in gymnastics it is very hard to get noticed. So I think I have competed in my final Pro Fitness show.

However I am seriously contemplating the new Womens Physique Division in 2012 so stand by and stay tuned.

I am ready to take on new clients in the new year so if you are thinking of competing take advantage of 20 years of on stage experience and cert 3 and 4 qualifications to get you ready for your show in 2012.

Lastly don't forget Phat Camp in February. Guys this is the best fitness weekend ever. Get your man to put a ticket in your Xmas stocking and join a bunch of like minded woman and 2 times Ms Fitness Olympia Champion Jen Hendershott for an awesome weekend. PHAT CAMP is coming 2012!!

Dates for Phat camp are:

Gold Coast - February 10, 11, 12th. 

Melbourne - February 17, 18, 19th

For those of you who have not been to PHAT CAMP then this is definitely your opportunity to experience a truely fantastic weekend. Jen Hendershott- 2 x Ms Fitness Olympia and 2 x Ms Fitness International is coming back to Australia to rock The Gold Coast and Melbourne. Venues are yet to be decided but will be advised as soon as we can. What a better way to prepare for summer than a weekend of fitness with Jen and a her awesome staff.

Camps start on Friday afternoon and run all day Saturday and Sunday. You will learn some great new training techniques, sweat through the best cardio sessions as well as learn about nutrition, planning and getting the best out of you.

Throughout the weekend you will sweat, laugh, cry, and make new friends that are as interested in health and fitness as you.

There is no fitness requirement to attend camp, whether you are a person trainer, a casual gym goer, a mum, or someone that just wants to learn then PHAT CAMP will inspire you.  The workouts over the weekend are moditfied to suit your level of fitness so that everone is catered for.
