Hi everyone! 

Now that December is well and truely behind us I think I can say that my focus is now switched on. I have spent an awesome couple of days with Lindy Olsen getting  my web site going. I have added in a personal blog so that you can follow my journey through the last 10 weeks of my diet preparation leading into the New York Pro Fitness and Europa Show of Champions in the USA in April. I hope to share my ups and downs, good days as well bad. I will even post photos so you can check out my progress yes even the not so flattering ones. Life is busy for all of us and fitting it all in is sometimes difficult but ultimately very rewarding. Follow my journey as I push through the day to day struggles and insecurities that we all share.

I am looking forward to adding some training videos and heaps of other new stuff to keep you coming back. My forum is now up and running and I would love to hear your thoughts, questions and tips that we can all share.

Girls PHAT CAMP fever is upon us. Jen Hendershott is coming back to our shores in November 2010 to the Gold Coast and Melbourne-venues will soon be finalised. Right now the Aussie dollar is strong if you book now camp is $250 USD. Not bad to spend two and half days learning from a 2 time Ms Fitness Olympia and Fitness international champion.

Thats it for now. Train hard and live life to the full.

 Phat Camp

For those of you who have not been to PHAT CAMP then this is definitely your opportunity to experience a truely fantastic weekend. Jen Hendershott- 2 x Ms Fitness Olympia and 2 x Ms Fitness International is coming back to Australia to rock The Gold Coast and Melbourne. Venues are yet to be decided but will be advised as soon as we can. What a better way to prepare for summer than a weekend of fitness with Jen and a her awesome staff.

Camps start on Friday afternoon and run all day Saturday and Sunday. You will learn some great new training techniques, sweat through the best cardio sessions as well as learn about nutrition, planning and getting the best out of you.

Throughout the weekend you will sweat, laugh, cry, and make new friends that are as interested in health and fitness as you.

There is no fitness requirement to attend camp, whether you are a person trainer, a casual gym goer, a mum, or someone that just wants to learn then PHAT CAMP will inspire you.  The workouts over the weekend are moditfied to suit your level of fitness so that everone is catered for.
